By purchasing from Mixlog, developed by Ita Vero (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Terms of Sale Policy, alongside our Alpha Release Disclaimer, General Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Any purchase made through our service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making any purchases.
Activation and Use: Redeem codes issued during the Beta Pre-Sale are intended for early supporters and can be used to unlock and activate either a discounted or lifetime subscription. These codes are valid for activation during the Alpha phase or before the Beta version of the App is launched.
Post-Beta Launch: Once the Beta version of the App is launched, any unused codes will not expire but will instead convert into discount codes. These can be applied towards the purchase of a Beta subscription. The value of the discount provided by the code will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the code, either 60 EUR or 250 EUR, depending on the specific terms of the initial offer.
We are not responsible for any re-sell activities of official Redeem Codes. If you buy a Redeem Code from a third-party Seller, we cannot be held responsible for the value or activation status of it, but may be available to resolve any technical doubts or issues.
Due to the digital nature of our Product, all purchases made are final and by default non-refundable*.
Reserved rights & feature support
As a start-up company, while in Beta, Ita Vero will roll out the most stable as possible Mixlog experience. Due to the complexity of this project, we cannot guarantee all proposed features to work as expected and we will rely heavily on your feedback to improve our product and move from Beta to final product within a reasonable timeframe (2+ years).
We reserve the right to launch a first issue of our Beta product anywhere between February & June 2025, regardless of the date of your redeem code purchase.
We reserve the right to sell alternative or differently priced versions of Mixlog or to offer separate digital services that extend Mixlog’s base membership capabilities at any given price.
For free users, we reserve the right to show ads and to limit your Mixlog app possibilities to any extent needed to create a sustainable business model.
While we can guarantee some of the promoted Beta features, we cannot guarantee all features ****to be fully developed and shipped at launch. Any features we plan to roll out as described on our website at the time of purchase or the effective Beta launch will be developed in the span of 2 years.
*In the rare case that we would not be able to provide you a Mixlog Beta product by June 2025, you will be given:
A. Free User: restricted (TBA) access to any of our products at our own discretion, with 1 month’s prior notice.
B. 2-year plan customer: unrestricted access to our latest Mixlog product for 3 years instead of 2.
C. Lifetime plan customer: a partial refund of 50% and 6 years of unrestricted access to our latest Mixlog product(s).
We shall not be liable for any issues that arise from the inability to access or use your subscription due to the unavailability of the App, nor for any other interruptions (such as internet speed & device limitations) that may affect the Service. Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount you paid for your purchase, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Terms of Sale Policy at any time. You will be notified by email or within the App in a reasonable time frame of any changes.
This Terms of Sale Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
