By purchasing from Mixlog, developed by Ita Vero (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Terms of Sale Policy, alongside our Alpha Release Disclaimer, General Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Any purchase made through our service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making any purchases.
Activation and Use: Redeem codes issued during the Beta Pre-Sale are intended for early supporters and can be used to unlock and activate either a discounted or lifetime subscription. These codes are valid for activation during the Alpha phase or before the Beta version of the App is launched.
Post-Beta Launch: Once the Beta version of the App is launched, any unused codes will not expire but will instead convert into discount codes. These can be applied towards the purchase of a Beta subscription. The value of the discount provided by the code will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the code, either 60 EUR or 250 EUR, depending on the specific terms of the initial offer.
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases made are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to launch Beta anywhere between February & May.
In the rare case that we would not be able to provide you a Mixlog Beta product by May 2025, you may request a refund by email.
We are not responsible for the re-sell of any official Redeem Codes. If you buy a Redeem Code from a third-party Seller, we cannot be held responsible for the value or activation status of it.
We shall not be liable for any issues that arise from the inability to access or use your subscription due to the unavailability of the App, nor for any other interruptions that may affect the Service. Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount you paid for your purchase, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Terms of Sale Policy at any time. You will be notified by email or within the App in a reasonable time frame of any changes.
This Terms of Sale Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
